HOW TO BOOK: SCHEDULE IS BOOKED ON A MONTH TO MONTH BASE (CHECK A WEEK IN ADVANCE) .Card on file is required to book (remaining amount will be charged day of appointment) .Payments (cash or card) . Deposits required to book (services $50 +) .Read each confirmation message and text reminders sent to you (details are listed) POLICIES: Many messages are sent to inform & keep you updated. CANCELLATION POLICY
Body Luminize does not charge a cancellation fee. The deposit applies if cancellation occurs. Same day cancellation forfeits deposit overall. .A deposit is required to reserve the appointment. .Clients may cancel or reschedule with at least 48 hours notice. .Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment forfeit the deposit. .The deposit is never refunded, but if the client gives 48+ hours notice, it is transferred to a new appointment.
